Terms of Service
☆ By commissioning me you are accepting my terms of service ☆✩ Communications: ✩
⋆ All commission-related communications must be conducted through email, Discord DM, or Twitter DM.✩ Payment: ✩
⋆ The accepted currency for payment is USD ($). If the client prefers an alternative currency, it will be accepted at the equivalent value based on the exchange rate to USD at the time of payment.✩ Payment Method: ✩
⋆ Payments must be made upfront.
⋆ You may also opt to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, just let me know! (final files will only be sent upon receiving full payment)✩ Refund Policy: ✩
⋆ Refunds are available if have not yet started the project! If the request for refund is due to error on my part (Such as Error in the Artwork like line issues or color issue, ect..) and you do not want me to rework or fix the issue I will issue a partial refund so long as I have not begun the rigging process. No refunds are provided once I start on the rigging or your commission.✩ Feedback/Revisions: ✩
⋆ You may request unlimited revisions at any stage, though if the revisions are complex there will be a fee for the time.✩ Reproduction/Redistribution/Resale: ✩
⋆ Live2D commissions are considered commercial-use. Once the final files are sent you possess full rights to commercial, branding, advertising and merchandising rights.
⋆ It is prohibited to use/upload/sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) anywhere.
⋆ It is Prohibited to charge more than I have charged you for the resale of Live2D models made by myself.
⋆ You must possess the model for a span of 60 days upon completion before resale.✩ Social Media and Platforms: ✩
⋆ I have the right to publicly display commissioned work for portfolio purposes and other non-commercial purposes. Please inform me if you wish to keep the commission private till debut!

⋆ Art and Drawing of the model will have an estimated 2-4 weeks wait time and as for Model + Rig the estimated time will be of 5-8 weeks. This is dependent on complexity of model.✩ Right to refuse: ✩

⋆ Up to 3 Simple Emotes that are not base emotion toggles, Ex. Glasses Removal, Clothing Toggles Ect.✰ Requirements: ✰
⋆ Provided model PSD
⋆ The PSD should be split into properly named layers and each layer to be drawn wholly.
Full Illustration + Live2D Rigging
Halfbody = €500

⋆ High Quality PNG of the Logo available for use.✰ Requirements ✰
⋆ You must provide some ideas or reference for what you want the logo or emote to look like.✰ NOTE ✰
⋆ While not listed I am able to do simple GIF emotes upon request depending on complexity.

⋆ Very simple designs/simple new outfits
